Yes, you can choose to have your order delivered to an Evri ParcelShop or Locker and collect it at a time that suits you. It's a great option if you're not always home during the day, don't have a safe place to leave a parcel, or you would simply rather pick your Peter Alexander parcel up on your way past. Your order is full tracked the whole way, so you'll always know where it is.
How it works
- At checkout, select Evri Standard Delivery or Evri Express Delivery as your delivery option
- Use the ParcelShop finder to pick a location that's convenient to you. There are over 9,000 ParcelShops and Lockers across the UK, in local shops, newsagents and supermarkets, many open 7 days a week with longer opening hours.
- We'll send your order to your chosen ParcelShop and email and SMS you as soon as it's ready to collect.
- Head to the ParcelShop with your collection details to pick up your parcel.
Collection window
Your parcel will be held at the ParcelShop of 10 days and at a Locker for 3 days.
If it isn't collected in that time, it will be returned to us and refunded.
What to bring
You simply need to bring your collection code from the 'Ready to collect' email. You may also be asked for proof of identity.
