Make sure your order number for online orders or a copy of your receipt for in store purchases, name, address, email, phone number and instructions are included along with any comments.
All returns & exchanges remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Peter Alexander. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Refunds will be processed at the original purchase price using the original form of payment, and will be made within 14 days from when we received the items back. Standard delivery charges apply on re-delivery for exchanges; unless goods are returned in accordance with your consumer law rights (e.g. items are faulty or not as ordered).
