We are sorry to hear that an item is missing from your recent order.
The item/s you ordered may have been out of stock at the time of packing our order. If the item is missing from the shipping confirmation email, it will not have been shipped and will be refunded. We will also have sent you an email to inform you your order has been partially fulfilled and you will receive a refund. Any refunded items will be marked on your despatch note inside your Peter Alexander parcel.
If you have an item missing from your order and it is included on your shipping confirmation email, please let us know within 10 days of your order being delivered.
We will require clear images of the packaging in which your order was delivered, including the shipping label attached to the outside. The shipping label must clearly show the parcel tracking number and the weight of the parcel so we can raise the claim reference number with our warehouse.
We are unable to investigate any missing items where images of the packaging and shipping label cannot be provided.
